Residential permit for foreign citizens

To conclude a notarized lease agreement, the presence of both the tenant and the landlord is required. The side of the lessor may be represented by a third party on the basis of a power of attorney given to him. The lease agreement can be composed for any period of interest to the tenant.
Required documents from the tenant: passport and turkish tax number.
Required documents from the landlord: passport, tax number, if the landlord is presented by a third party, a power of attorney and an identity card.
